FEATURES Based on alkyd resin, it is an air-drying glossy topcoat paint. It adheres perfectly to the surfaces to be applied. It creates elastic, impact-resistant, solid, and smooth surfaces. When applied in combination with ACUSAS industrial primer, it forms systems with high water resistance. Its gloss, color intensity, whiteness, and coverage are excellent. It does not fade or yellow, and remains on the surface for a long time without losing its properties. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT * Appearance: Glossy, smooth topcoat paint. * Chemical structure: Short oil alkyd, solvent combination. * Density: 1.34 g/cm3 * Viscosity: 90 KU – 95 KU at 25 oC * Thinner: ACUSAS cellulosic thinner. * Fineness: 7-8 microns * Solid content amount: 50% – 55% * Drying time: Dust dry 10-15 min, Touch dry 25-30 min, Hard dry 15 hours, Full dry 24 hours. * Gloss: 75-80 gloss according to color (at 60 degrees) * Coverage power: 10 m2/kg * Flash point: Below 20 oC. APPLICATION Surfaces to be applied with ACUSAS industrial topcoat paint must be cleaned of impurities such as oil, rust and blistered residues. The paint should be applied to the surface in two coats. The second coat should be applied within 1 hour or after the paint has finished drying completely, otherwise wrinkles may occur on the first coat of paint film. It can be applied by spraying, dipping, and brushing. THINNING It is made ready for use by thinning 20%-25% with ACUSAS Cellulosic Thinner. PAINTED AREA Depending on the surface condition, 10-12 m2 area can be painted with 1 kg of ACUSAS Industrial Topcoat. STORAGE Store in a cool place in closed packages, out of direct sunlight. The packaging must be kept closed when not in use.
