FEATURES It is an alkyd resin based, air drying topcoat glossy paint. It adheres perfectly to the surfaces to be applied. It creates elastic, impact-resistant, solid and smooth surfaces. ACUSAS oven creates systems with high water resistance in applications with lining. Its brightness, color intensity, whiteness and concealment are excellent. It does not fade or turn yellow, and remains on the surface for a long time without losing its properties. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT * Appearance: Glossy, flat topcoat paint. * Chemical structure: Short oil alkyd, solvent combination. * Density: 1.34 gr/cm3 * Viscosity: 90 KU – 95 KU 25 oC * Thinner: ACUSAS cellulosic thinner. * Fineness: 7-8 microns * Solid matter amount: 50% – 55% * Drying time: 30-40 minutes at 120 C degrees, * Gloss: 75-80 gloss depending on color (at 60 degrees) * Covering power: 10 m2/kg * Flash point: below 20 oC. APPLICATION Surfaces on which ACUSAS oven topcoat paint will be applied; It must be cleaned of impurities such as oil, rust and swollen residue. The paint should be applied to the surface in two layers. Second floor in 1 hour or the paint should be discarded after it has completely dried, otherwise wrinkles may occur on the first coat of paint film. It can be applied by spraying, dipping and brush. DILUTION It is made ready for use by thinning it by 20%-25% with ACUSAS Cellulosic Thinner. AREA THAT CAN BE PAINTED Depending on the condition of the surface, an area of 10-12 m2 can be painted with 1 ACUSAS Oven Topcoat. STORAGE Store in closed packages, in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. The packaging should be kept closed when not in use.
