Packaging Life: At least 1 year in unopened packaging. (at room temperature). Flash Point: APPLICATION Surfaces to be applied with ACUSAS synthetic topcoat paint must be cleaned of impurities such as oil, rust and blistered residues. After opening ACUSAS Synthetic Topcoat packaging, it is preferably mixed well with a drill motor to homogenize and Synthetic Thinner is added in the specified ratio to bring it to application viscosity. (In spray applications, application viscosity should be adjusted to 18" - 21" / DC4 / 20°C, and in brush and roller applications it should be 24" - 38" / DC4 / 20°C) In order to provide the expected performance, it is recommended to be applied as a topcoat on the recommended primers to give a dry film thickness of at least 50 µ. THINNING It is made ready for use by thinning 10%-15% with ACUSAS synthetic thinner. PAINTED AREA Depending on the surface condition, 8-10m2 area can be painted with 1 LT ACUSAS Synthetic Topcoat. STORAGE It can be stored for 2 years in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight, with its container closed. Notes During Application: Air temperature should be between 5°C and 50°C, the temperature of the ground to be applied should be between 10°C and 30°C, Relative Humidity Important Reminders: Necessary ventilation must be provided in applications carried out in closed environments in order to prevent any health problems or fire hazard. In cases where multiple coats are desired without wet-on-wet application, if 60 hours have passed between coats, light sanding should be done. At the end of the work, all paint equipment used during application must be cleaned thoroughly with ACUSAS Synthetic Thinner. After application, the surface must not be in contact with water for at least 36 hours. To ensure full curing, 48 hours should be waited before using the painted surface.
